The Little family has been in the mobile home business for over 50 years on Wire Road in Auburn.

We are conveniently located less than a mile from Auburn University’s Vet School. Tiger Transit has a designated stop in front of our park at our gazebo.

All mobile homes are owner occupied. No rental homes allowed. Our park is a nice, quiet, student park of 45 lots.

Our lot rent is fairly priced at $240.00 (effective Aug 1, 2024) and includes water, sewage, garbage dumpsters, and lawn care. Mobile home service center is located in the front of our park and offers a full service of all repairs and parts including AC.
